Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, Lagos lawyer and activist, has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari to court over delay in appointing of ministers.
The controversial lawyer pointed out extreme delay in the formation of Buhari’s cabinet and running the affairs of Nigeria as lone ranger as well as in a dictatorial style. Adegboruwa noted that the continued stay of action of Nigeria’s leader on the appointment of his ministers was different to the constitution.
However, Muhammadu Buhari said that he was in no hurry to appoint his cabinet, wondering why there was so much anxiety among Nigerians.
