G-Eazy Unveils Retro-Styled Video for 'Scary Nights' Track "K I D S" Featuring Dex Lauper.

Last month, G-Eazy released his latest studio project, the Scary Nights EP. Comprised of eight new tracks, the EP found G-Eazy looking to Gunna, Moneybagg Yo, Miguel, The Game and more for creative assistance. Continuing to support and promote Scary Nights, the West Coast native is following up last week’s visual for “Hittin Licks” by introducing a new music video for the Dex Lauper-assisted, Nitrose- and Chy-produced “K I D S.” Directed by Bryan Allen Lamb, this week’s vignette for “K I D S” takes a retro-styled approach to the usual rap video treatments.
“We don’t never really sleep, I’m still up now / Dodging raindrops, tryna duck clouds / I don’t f*ck with people, I don’t like crowds / It’s my world and I don’t give a f*ck now, yeah,” G-Eazy raps during the chorus of “K I D S.” “Got me thinking ’bout my life / If I could do it all again, I’d do it twice / If I could do it all again, Lord, forgive me for my sins / This city never sleeps under bright lights, yeah.”
You can take a look at G-Eazy and Dex Lauper’s new music video for their Scary Nights collaboration “K I D S” above.
